Frank Schmidt

Frank Schmidt (FRANKLIN) is the acting partner of Blueprint Productions Holding GmbH as well as Blueprint TV-Productions GmbH.

Frank Schmidt’s love for outstanding ideas arises from his past as a magician. In July 1994 he won the "GRAND PRIX OF MAGIC" on the world congress of magicians in Japan, the highest award a magician can ever receive. It’s comparable to the “Oscar” of film business. “FRANKLIN” became “world champion of magic” – as first German magician since 1964 and was at the age of 18 the youngest magician in the history of magic.

Frank Schmidt collected his magical know-how during his performances and created a world wide creative network. Some of his stations were Pacifico Convention Center / Yokohama, the Jordan royal house / Amman, the Tropicana Hotel / Las Vegas, as well as the legendary Magic Castle / Hollywood.

Through his performances he has a comprehensive overview over magical novelties and maintains contacts to all leading illusion-manufactures. In his 14 years of work as a TV moderator (Die 100.000 Mark Show” (RTL), “Wer heiratet den Millionär (SAT.1), “Miss Germany” (SAT.1), „Willkommen zu Deiner Hochzeit“ (SAT.1), „Franklin - Deine Chance um 11“(SAT.1), Ausgetrickst (ARD), „Wunschzeit“ (ARD)) he was part of the realisation of most different broadcasting formats. He was never simply “the face” of these broadcasts, but worked behind the scenes with a wealth of ideas in its implementation. Today he develops and produces his own shows and concepts under the roof of Blueprint Productions Holding GmbH.

Mathias Fischedick

Mathias Fischedick’s roots lie in theatre. After working several times as assistant director he changed to the television sector. He therefore interned in video editing and received training at a media school.

Positions as editor, managing editor, author, producer and director followed. He is now working as a producer for several years.

He was responsible for i.e. „Deal or no Deal“ (SAT.1), „Der große Führerscheintest“ (RTL), „Bernd Stetter – Live“ (RTL) as well as different Docu-formats. Today Mathias Fischedick is working as producer for Blueprint TV-Productions GmbH.

Iff Bennett

Iff Bennett worked as a moderator at RTL Television from 1980 – 1993 and was furthermore Marketing Director of RTL Radio.

After this he was active as author and chief coach at RTL Television from 1993 – 1999.

After 4 years in the business of international development of formats in the Create Unit of John de Mol, Iff Bennett is now working in format development, coaching and author for Blueprint TV-Productions GmbH.

Stefan Pagenstecher

Stefan Pagenstecher started his career in television in 2004 with an internship at Typhoon Network Production for the Late Night Show “Freitag Nacht News”.

His paths lead him to the Development Department Endemol, where he worked as technical and creative supporter.

In 2007 he successfully passed the diploma of “Digital Film and Animation” at the SAE in Cologne and enlarged his know how in his one-year supplementary study in Australia which he graduated as “Bachelor of Digital Media”. Since 2009 Stefan is as junior producer an integral part of our company.
